Return of Damaged Products
At Munnin, we strive to ensure customer happiness and want to provide you with excellent customer service. When you product arrives, please check it carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to email@example.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof during shipping within that timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with our products, you may return the unused (or lightly used) product and request a refund of the full purchase price minus shipping costs within 30 days of the product received date. We do not provide refunds for any product that has been used more than once and we reserve the right to decline a refund for any open product. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
